Overall very happy with the experience. The only issue was the check out time of 9am. You did accommodate our request for a later one but we had to request it and the first response was NO

Overall was a good experience. Quiet, great building access, temperature, garage. The biggest thing we were surprised at was the suites were dated. They are advertised as executive and the photos on your website look classy, but..... Office/desk chair was something you'd see waiting on the side of the road for the garbage truck. Same with the living area couch. The dresser and ends tables had so much use the stain was worn down to the wood, you wouldn't see those in a rooming house. The shears had hangers missing and didn't close properly. Overall the suite was fitted with some furnishings you'd be more apt to see at a 3 star hotel (at best). You need to update the furniture for sure in that suite (553 Bishops Halifax). View was great and quiet. We'd stay again and recommend it to others but we'd want to look at the suite you proposed first to make sure it was as advertised and the furnishings were up to date.

Our stay was perfect. The husband wanted to stay the whole weekend.I told him we had to go pick up the kids at the sitter's, he said 'lets bring them back here and go Christmas shopping. If I had been more organized, that is exactly what we would have done.

Parking was an issue, we were assigned #61, but another vehicle was parked there. We were contacted by Chris? we then gave us #79. When we went back down to the garage there was no #79, the last number was 78!!

furniture could be upgraded as current furniture is old and depressing
