Your group does an excellent job and I have already been telling others about you.

While on the whole we enjoyed staying at this location we did have a few inconveniences that made our stay a bit more difficult. Upon arrival, we went to your office to pick up keys and were told they did not have them and to meet guest services at the suite. This added stress to our stay because we had to find and drive to your downtown office for no reason. In addition, when we arrived at the suite they were not quite ready and we had to wait in the hall. Nevertheless your rep was doing her best, it seemed, and was friendly. In addition both fans were broken and we had to contact guest services to replace them and the air conditioning unit did not work. Lastly, on our second day of our stay shaw had to be in the unit for a couple of hours, which was inconvenient for us as we were pretty much house bound since the purpose of our trip was for medical reasons.
