The Neighbourhood

Most people know Calgary as the centre of Canada’s energy industry, as the closest metropolitan centre to the Rocky Mountains and as the home of the world-renowned Calgary Stampede. Calgary is definitely all of those things, but it’s also so much more. - Mayor Naheed Nenshi

Very nice condo

Premiere Executive Suites provides a great accommodation for the price. I am used to traveling as a requirement of my profession, but staying in an apartment rather than a hotel is much closer to home.

Always a good stay but we signed into the parking using the computer at the front desk and my associate got a parking ticket.

- constant AC / air flow in the unit was not a pleasant experience. Resident should have an ability to control that setting at their unit - no signs or direction to find the P3 or P4. Especially when you could just come straight down from P1 to P2, and not finding any guide on where to go down further, there was lots of confusion - find the parking entrance for the first time was not easy. Not clear whether it was for residents or residents' visitors - for the first time visit, from the parking lot, Tower A and B are not mark clear. From where I park, there was no sign of "A" or "B" visible

Great location by the river although of course the Eau Claire area still needs developing to become interesting past 5pm. Excellent building with every amenity you could want. Living space was a little smaller with difficulties if one person wants to stay up while the other sleeps.

I enjoyed my stay at waterfront. The housekeeping was great

Would prefer to have parking in same tower that I am staying.

As it was written in the contract, there was supposed to be housecleaning every 2 weeks. When I asked, I was told it is for at least 30 days of stay. I had a very unpleasant experience with the first sales person. The second one was more accommodating. Finally, I sent several emails requesting a receipt, and she never replied!
