The place was a good space and location. The apartment was a bit scrappy - wires hanging out of walls, an uncomfortable and almost not useable couch as it slipped apart when used, older kitchen.

Good working radio and rubber bathtub mat would be much appreciated.

Suggest having a mirror in each bedroom, or at least one in the hall. It is difficult for 2 people to get ready in the morning with just one mirror in the bathroom only. TV control didn't work, had to figure out how to use the control button on the back of the tv. Also, the overhead cupboards in the kitchen are wider than the counter, so I bumped my head several times while getting things in and out of the fridge.

A free $20 laundry card card would have been a nice touch.

Laundry cost is expensive.
