I stayed at a one bedroom location for a month from May to June. The unit had no AC and was very warm. Windows and the balcony door were almost always open. The noise of the trains is bad when the windows and door is open. I complained to the London administration office about the people smoking marijuana but nothing was resolved. I had to block the vent in the suite as well as a closet the hot water heater was in. The smell was disgusting. I always had to use candles to help with the odor. Other than this unpleasant situation with other tenants, the building was very nice and the unit had everything we needed. The queen bed needs upgrading as it was very uncomfortable as were the pillows.

I was a resident in a 1 BR suite for over 3 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and everything I needed was provided. Location was excellent, although access to the MacLoed Trail could have been a bit easier. The new paedestrian bridge to the C-Train station made a HUGE difference! At $4,000 a month, this wasn't the cheapest option by any stretch - but my stay was very comofrtable. Complinentary cable and WiFi were also an excellent addition.

The room was comfortable and well equipped but I found it to be rather high-priced for the value (I had a bachelor suite). The location was excellent with access to the C-train station and major roadways. I was not pleased, however, to be told to complete the comprehensive inventory list and send back to the office! I had no means to fax or scan the documents and despite being told that someone from housekeeping could come and collect it, no one ever did. I think this is an unrealistic expectation for anyone on a short stay and without access to business services.
