The Neighbourhood

There’s no place quite like Montreal. Referred to as "Canada's Cultural Capital" this city boasts an exciting jazz scene, thrilling nightlife and access to fantastic museums, festivals, orchestras, operas, ballets and films.

Whether you’re here for a short term rental or longer term relocation, might we suggest that you come hungry, because Montreal has the highest number of restaurants per capita in Canada.

This view represents my impression of the apartment for a one month visit to Montreal Pros 1) Apartment has all necessary appliances for a good size family ( cook, washing/ dryer, fridge, hoover) 2) Air conditioned 3) Parking within building 4) Close to downtown Montreal, old Montreal ( 8-10minutes drive at most) , one minute drive to highways, and about 25 minutes drive to The airport ( so its in the middle of sort of everything which is important for a family on vacation ) Cons The only negative point is that you need to inform the tenants about the parking limit in meters and centimetres as we were lucky that our car just passed through the limits within 2 cm. This is important so that the people can rent the right cat hight for the parking building limits
