William’s Court - Kanata Lakes Apartments

Althohg it was very good in general, I would have appreciated a faster response to some of my inquiries, and a less disturbing cleaning service, where the cleaning service adjust to the tenant needs not the other way around.

Great accommodations, served us well while we waited for a new house to be built. Would have given them 5 stars but we thought the $300 charge for pet cleaning was steep since we have two very small dogs that are hypo allergenic and they absolutely did not create anything that required cleaning. The neighbourhood is great, there is even a new dog park. The building is well maintained and the units are very quiet. Indoor parking was great and the fully equipped gym was only steps away. We even used the pool a few times. Plus having the Morning Owl in the complex made it so handy to grab a cup of coffee and a meal.

The suites had everything you need. The people in the building were very friendly. I could have happily lived there permanently. Only thing that needs to be improved are the bed pillows. They are too hard. Huge tote was great to deal with.
