The unit was nice, spacious and clean (on the inside). This unit should not be rented to people in the summer months. There was absolutely no way to cool the apartment down during the day - two large fans in the unit did absolutely nothing. The temperature was 30 degrees celcius with all curtains shut and both fans running. Secondly, there is a huge construction project 50 feet from the bedroom and living room windows. 7am wakeup calls by construction trucks weren't expected and it looks like this is a job that will take many months. This makes the back patio not only completely covered in dirt/dust, but also not that enjoyable to have a conversation on as you have to shout to hear yourselves speak. The deck and patio chairs had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and had to be wiped off prior to being able to sit on them.
