There’s something about those last few days of summer, where it feels like that blur between Christmas and New Year’s; where you just can’t tell what day of the week it is, email alerts a far more infrequent, and all you want to do is chill, chill, chill.
Only it’s summer, and it’s hot, which makes cooking one of the last things you want to stress about.
So, at Premiere Suites we’re dishing up some of our favorite, easy-peasy recipes using some of summer's best and freshest ingredients, which means you're ready to make the very most of our fully equipped kitchens, and these precious hazy, lazy, days of summer.
CARAMELIZED ZUCCHINI FLATBREAD

Esquites, or Mexican Street Corn - is traditionally prepared with white Mexican corn, but works just as well with sweet, fresh-off-the-cob corn. Double or triple the recipe and it’s perfect to bring to a bbq or potluck.
And if you can't find Mexican cotija cheese at your local grocery store, feta cheese works really well in this recipe too.
