How does length of stay reflect the rate?

Monthly reservations have lower nightly rates than weekly reservations, and weekly reservations have lower nightly rates than daily reservations. In addition, stays that are less than 30 days are taxable.

What is the minimum stay requirement?

Depending on the property, the minimum required stay can vary anywhere from three nights to one year. Many of our properties require a 30 night minimum stay.

Do you take advance reservations?

We accept advance reservations based on confirmed availability. As most of our tenant’s book on a month-to-month basis, we can normally confirm availability two to three weeks prior to the arrival date.

How do I pick up my keys?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be provided with pick-up instructions via email. Please be sure to review your instructions carefully prior to your arrival date and contact your sales agent if you have any questions or concerns.

Do you offer parking?

Parking is available with all of our suites; depending on the property, it is either included in the rate or available at a nominal cost.

Do you offer housekeeping?

Bi-weekly (once every 2 weeks) housekeeping is included for all stays of 30+ days. Extra housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

What is included with my stay?

The rental rate includes utilities, Wi-Fi and local calls, cable, a fully-equipped kitchen, and all linens. In some regions long distance is included, please confirm with your sales representative if you are in one of these regions.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in advance via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFT (wire transfer), Cashier’s cheque, and corporate cheque (with a Corporate Guarantee)

What are check-in/check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out is at 10:00am. Early arrivals and/or late departures can be arranged based on availability (additional fees may apply)

Are your units pet friendly?

We do have pet-friendly options, but there are often building restrictions on pet weight, breed, etc. There is also a one-time pet sanitation fee. Please consult your sales agent for additional details.

Do you allow children?

Some properties do restrict tenants to 18+, but most properties allow children.

Do you allow smoking?

All Premiere suites are non-smoking.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is the cost of a 2 week stay, unless there is a credit card on file.

What is the cancellation?

All cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to a scheduled arrival.

How do I qualify for Aeroplan Miles?

Stays of 30+ days qualify for 1,000 Aeroplan miles.

Can you accommodate large group bookings?

We can accommodate group bookings, though not always at the same property. Please consult your sales agent for additional details.
