###1. International Busker Festival
Ottawa's annual Busker Festival descends on the Sparks Street Mall in downtown Ottawa for all 3 days over the Civic Holiday weekend. There are over 40 official performances daily, including acrobats, contortionists, hula hoppers, yo-yo’s, musicians, comedians escape acts, magicians, and jugglers from across Canada and around the world.

###2. Ottawa Lumière Festival
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Ottawa’s Lumière Festival is a spectacular showcase of light, magic and art. Taking place in Stanley Park from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. daily, you can see performances and film installations, try lantern-making workshops, face-painting, food vendors and a lantern labyrinth.

###3. Torchlight Shakespeare Series: The Merry Wives of Windsor
Ottawa's longest-running professional Shakespeare company, Company of Fools brings Shakespeare The Merry Wives of Windsor to parks and green spaces across the Ottawa region this summer. Pack your blanket and snacks and check the forecast for rain before setting out.
