Cucci Ristorante’s Modern Italian Cuisine Earns Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence

The Catch Hospitality group, owned by president Doug Greco, and co-owners David Bowker, and Bob Lush opened the restaurant on Jones Street in the heart of Bronte, in 2007. It has since earned numerous awards and accolades, including OpenTable’s Top 100 Best Restaurants in Canada voted by OpenTable Diners in 2015, and Tripadvisor’s Certificate of Excellence in 2015, and the 2012 Oakville’s Restaurateur of the Year by the Oakville Awards for Excellence.
Chef Gordon Gross serves up his take on modern Italian cuisine with fresh, local ingredients. The à la carte menu features delectable dishes like the Ontario Wild Black Walnut & Honey Rhubard Salad with local leaves and flowers, radish and spring vegetables; Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with crispy fried bread, rhubarb soup, and chives; House Made Gnocchi with black truffle & parmesan fondue, white truffle oil, and crispy prosciutto; Beef Tenderloin with blue cheeses loaded mini red potato, market vegetables, and peppercorn sauce.
In addition to great food and ambience, expect old school service and considerate touches like napkins on laps, purse hooks on tables, and complimentary bottomless sparkling water service. Cucci is a must-dine destination in Oakville.
