Chef Michael Noble has opened a new restaurant in Inglewood’s historic National Hotel called The Nash Restaurant & Off Cut Bar. Calgary foodies will get to enjoy the gourmet menu in the open-concept, contemporary space or from the comfort of their own homes. With an impressive take-out menu to accompany dinner, lunch and brunch menus, it is hard to find any negatives about this place so far. We will forgive them for closing on Mondays.

The brunch menu is the most exciting to us. Duck confit perogies with poached egg, sausage and truffle hollandaise is a definite yes. If that doesn’t get your mouth watering, how about a smoked arctic char frittata with tomato, preserved lemon and arugula, or their cast iron ‘pan cake’ with apple compote, ricotta and maple syrup? They also do burgers, flat iron steak and breakfast pizzas cooked over hardwood and charcoal. Breads and granola are also made in-house.
