To our valued guests,

We sincerely hope that you are all managing well, and taking care of yourselves.

On our end, we have made some incredible adjustments to our daily operations and procedures as a means of ensuring your safety, and those of our team members.

And as we all do our duty, and diligently practice physical distancing, we thought we'd share with you just a few tips and resources for a safe, happy, and healthy time, spent indoors.

Staying home and practicing social distancing is undoubtedly the right and responsible thing to do - but it’s definitely not easy.

We've pulled together some ideas and resources to make voluntary confinement look good on you! You'll find tips for staying nourished, access to free workout videos, ideas to stay busy and more. Read the article here.

Groceries Online
Grocery stores are still open, but they're crowded. For your own health, and that of the store staff - ordering your groceries online and then opting for "delivery" or "click to collect" (where you pull up in your car at your scheduled time to collect your order) are healthier options for everyone.
PLAN AHEAD: wait times for these services range anywhere from 4 to upwards of 20 days. Most grocery stores (some don't) will let you add to your order up until the night before your slated time - so place an order in advance for the staples you know you'll need - and add to it as necessary.
Boxes & Packages

Online shopping is a smart and convenient way to get what you need. Just be mindful as you handle these delivered items, where scientists have discovered that COVID-19 is detectable for up to 24 hours on cardboard and even longer on plastics.
IF POSSIBLE, WEAR GLOVES: winter gloves or dishgloves will do - wipe down what you need immediately, and if you can, store the rest on your balcony for 24-hours. And as always, don't touch your face, and wash your hands with soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
Noisier than Ususal?

With everyone doing their part to stay home, we do appreciate that noise levels have increased in many buildings.

There's unfortunately nothing we can do alleviate this, except to ask that we all practice patience, remember that we're all truly in this together...and maybe buy those noise-cancelling headphones you've been eyeing?
