Overall we enjoyed our stay - the suite was clean, roomy, and had most of the amenities we were seeking. There were some modifications which would have made the unit more enjoyable; e.g., since there were no cleaning services for the two weeks we were there it would have been nice to have been provided more cleaning supplies like glass cleaner, garbage bags for recycling, and dish soap. The screens were all coming apart which prevented us from opening our windows at night and it was quite hot before the air conditioner was provided. The soundproofing was also an issue; we had to move from the master suite to a back bedroom because the neighbor played their television too loud to sleep well into the night or stomped up and down the stairs. We were also concerned to find the number of vagrants which hung out in front of the unit probably because there is a bar on the same block. this would prevent us from renting this particular unit again; although very likely to rent another one. And lastly, not to be too picayune but there were 50 messages I had to go through and delete on the answering machine so that we could use the answering machine. My husband says he would give a 3 1/2 rating and I am giving a 4 simply because the customer service provided was so outstanding for the requests/concerns we provided.
